* Grub, the larval stage of Japanese beetles, are
responsible for more damage to residential lawns in our
community than all other insects combined.  The reason
for this is that grubs feed exclusively on the root systems
of your lawn.  Because they are feeding underground,
you do not know they are there until the grass blades
turn yellow and the lawn dies. At this point, the only
remedy is to reseed the damaged areas.  Needless to say,
that's a very expensive and time-consuming process.
